ACHS Boys Basketball wins 77-68 over MCHS

The Adair County High School Boy's Basketball team improved to 19-4 after a 77-68 win, over Metcalfe County Wednesday evening.

The team's leading scorer was Dawson Gilbert with 23 points followed by Connor Loy scoring 22. Brayton Coomer had 7 rebounds followed by Isaiah Cochran who grabbed 6. The team shot very impressively making 58% of field goals, 53% of threes, and on 92% of free throws.


The Indians enter their final 7 game stretch of the regular season ranked first in the 5th region and will look to continue a stellar season back at home Friday night against Marion County.

With a win, Adair County would end with a perfect record in 20th district play for the first time since 2018.
