Letter: Through trucks should be ticketed Billy Joe Fudge writes: I thought thru truck traffic was prohibited through our historic Downtown?!?! Amazon semi-truck drivers, et al should be ticketed when passing through our Downtown unless the by-pass is closed for some reason.
