ACSO: Adair man arrested for theft of fuel from farm From Sheriff Josh Brockman Adair County Sheriff's Office On Tuesday, December 5, 2023, Sheriff Josh Brockman initiated an investigation after receiving a call that a large amount of diesel fuel had been stolen from a farm tank in northern Adair County. After investigation, Sheriff Brockman was able to identify the suspect and obtain warrants for his arrest. The warrant was served on Thursday, December 7, 2023. Chester Miller, age 33, of Columbia was arrested and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail on charges of:
