Indoor Track and Field heads to Commonwealth College Opener

Lindsey Wilson men and women's indoor track & field team heads to Louisville, Kentucky on Saturday as they begin their season with the Commonwealth College Opener hosted by the Kentucky Track and Cross Country Coaches Association at the Norton Healthcare Sports and Learning Center.

The open will feature 15 field events and nine track events beginning at 9CT. The field features 26 schools and clubs.

Both teams ended their previous season's finishing fourth at the Mid-South Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships. The men had five athletes compete at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championship, while the women had three athletes.

34 LWC student-athletes will compete in 15 different events throughout the course of the meet.

Live results will be available for the meet.
