Basketball: LWC Men post 96-80 victory over Toccoa Falls

The Lindsey Wilson men's basketball team defeated Toccoa Falls 96-80 on Tuesday at Biggers Sports Center.

The Blue Raiders (4-5) shot a season-high 58.7 percent from the field going 37-of-63. Kenyata Carbon scored a career-high 31 points on 13-of-14 shooting. This was the fourth game this season Carbon has scored 20 or more points. Barrett Burchyett matched a career-high with 14 points on 5-of-8 shooting while connecting on four of his six shots from beyond the arc. Lucas Ribieiro recorded a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.

Lindsey Wilson return to action on Friday when they face Harris-Stowe State on day one of the Campbellsville Thanksgiving Classic. Tipoff from the Powell Athletic Center is scheduled for 3pmCT.
