Jeannie Wheeler, 47, Columbia, KY (1976-2023) Jeannie Marie (Coffey) Wheeler of Columbia passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at T. J. Samson Hospital in Glasgow. She was 47 years old. Funeral services will be held at 4pmCT on Sunday, November 19, 2023, at Jessie-Wilson Funeral Home, 35 Old Glasgow Road, Edmonton, KY, with cremation to follow. Visitation will be on Sunday after 1:30pmCT at Jessie-Wilson Funeral Home. Jeannie was born May 21, 1976, in Glasgow, to the late James and Connie Phelps Coffey. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her brother James Earl "Jamie" Coffey and her loyal four-legged companion Molly Mae. She is survived by her significant other Larry Shirley of Columbia, two children Morgan Wheeler (Brandy) and Hannah Wheeler (Derek) of Scottsville, KY. Her sisters Tracy Robertson (Traci Green) of Glasgow and Tina Coffey of Edmonton, one brother Joe Coffey of Edmonton. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. Jeannie Marie was loud and opinionated. She loved flowers just like her momma and antiquing. She loved her kids more than anything along with Molly Mae. Those she surrounded herself with she loved fiercely. Anyone who knew her knew Jeannie was a force to be reckoned with. Jessie-Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
