Letter: Question about bridge at Swan Pond Bottom Joe Curtis writes: I'd like to know if the elevation of planned roadway and bridge will be above the flood plan should there ever be a catastrophic loss of the Wolf Creek Dam? From pic it looks questionable unless there is a massive amount of more fill applied to what's in the pic. Sometimes there more forethought applied to costs rather than safety.Please use our Comment Form if you have info to share.
