From Anthony B. Darnel, Assistant Principal
Adair County High School

Congratulations to Leshawn Hamilton and Addie Baker for being chosen as ARROW Academy "Students of the Week" for October 20, 2023 at Adair County High School.

Both were nominated and elected by their teachers and received a certificate of recognition, a free drink from Indian Grounds Coffee, and their photos will run on the video announcements at the school all week.

The ARROW Academy at Adair County High School is for all freshmen students. The goal of the ARROW Academy is to promote Achievement, Respect, Resilience, Ownership, and Wellness among freshmen students and teachers. Other values that will be promoted in the ARROW Academy include character building, organization, and teaching students to be all-around productive members of their class and community. Students will also participate in several team-building exercises throughout the school year to encourage communication, motivation, collaboration, and a culture that encourages creativity and builds leadership.
