Columbia Utilities Commission can be reached over New Year's holiday Commission office to be closed, but assigned personnel on-call 24/7; CUC posts phone numbers Photo accompanies this story The Columbia Utilities Commission office will be closed over the New Year's holiday, but on-call personnel are available in cases of emergencies, according to Columbia Utilities Director Jim Williams. The on-call service is available 24-hours a day. The year-end schedule calls for the office to be closed Friday, December 30, 2005 until Tuesday, January 3, 2006.For natural gas related emergency calls, use 270=384-2006 or 270-634-3104, or, if emergency warrants, call 911. For water and sewer related matters, call 270-384-2006 or 270-634-3105.
