I would like to say that if you're working in the public eye, no matter if your elected or not you as a Democrat are stirring the pot. Yes I'm a tax payer too. I live in Adair county also. I have worked with Daryl for many years as They know I don't always agree with him on certain items, but that's what this country is about. Daryl is very fair he will listen and think about the problem before giving his answer. No he is not my magistrate.

I have read and even watched differnet remarks made about him. As you know I stated that if you had time to photograph trash along the highway you have time to pick it up. by then you may have or not. If you make any comments, rather good, bad or anything else.

I watched the episode of the JE trying to bully the magistrates that night. Since you have taken to signal him out. That's the problem. That night made me think that he was a little 2 year old throwing a tantrum because they said no to him that night.

In politics not everyone is going to agree with them on their stance.

So if you think just because no one agrees with the Judge Executive after he threw his fit, some people can actually vote through the process to have him removed from office. Just like he threatened the magistrates. So my suggestion if your in the public eye as a polictial subject you are under more of a watchful eye than any one thinks they are and yes they can and should be called out and held Accountable for everything said and done. - Lorne Holler
