Dallas Shuman of Campbellsville died on Saturday, May 20, 2023. He was 33 years old.

The funeral service will be held at 1pmET on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Ave., Campbellsville, KY. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery.

Visitation is requested from 11amET until 1pmET on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.


Dallas Shuman, son of Tammy Jo Lane Ward, was born March 29, 1990 in Taylor County, Kentucky.

He was a 2009 graduate of Taylor County High School. He was kind hearted and giving and was happy in his own world. Dallas enjoyed video games and watching movies.

He is survived by his mother, Tammy Ward of Campbellsville; one sister, Autumn Edwards of Campbellsville; grandmother, Carol Sue Underwood; grandfather, Harold D. Lane; three uncles and one aunt: Barry Lane, Derek Fromm, David Satterfield and Sherry Russelburg; cousins: Courtney Imus, Justin Lane, Michael Lane, Ricky McDonald and Tommy Russell; special friends: Jeddy Chastain, Dalton Baker, Jeramie Bagby, Cory Smith and John Marple and many other relatives and friends.

Expressions of sympathy requested to be donations to the funeral expenses and may be made at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.
