Tennis: LWC begins play at NAIA National Championship

The Lindsey Wilson tennis teams begin play at the NAIA National Championship on Tuesday at the Mobile Tennis Center in Mobile, AL.

The women's team, which holds the No. 12-seed, is slated to face No. 21-seeded Cornerstone (MI) to open the tournament on Tuesday at 9amCT. No. 5 seed Ave Maria (FL) will face the winner on Wednesday at 9amCT.

The 16th-seeded men's team opens up play on Tuesday at 1pmCT. The Blue Raiders take on No. 17 seed Cardinal Stritch (WI). Top-seeded Keiser (FL) awaits the winner on Wednesday at 1pmCT.



It is the 20th appearance in the National Championships for the men's side while the women will appear for the 18th time in program history.
