Green County Golden Alert Cancelled

Update from Mike Keltner: A multi-jurisdictional and local community response comes to a great conclusion. Mr Vasquez was located in Green County and is now safe at around 10pmCT on Wednesday April 26, 2023. Special Thanks to the Young and Coffey Family of Adair County local volunteers who knew the male and were able to locate him with their efforts.

Bill Hargan with Green County Emergency Management issued a Golden alert early on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, for Louis Vasquez, Jr, a 59 year old Hispanic male. Louis is 5' 8" tall, approximately 170 Ibs. He was wearing white t-shirt, dark colored sweatpants, and dark slip-on shoes.

He was last seen at 7:15pmCT on Tuesday, at 580 Picket Chapel Church Road, Columbia, KY, with an unknown direction of travel. Mr. Vasquex has autistic characteristics, and doesn't respond well to controversy.

Great conclusion for search for missing Green Co. man

Numerous first responders and volunteers assisted in the search for a Green Co. man who went missing on Tuesday evening. Mike Keltner says, "A multi-jurisdictional and local community response came to a great conclusion. As of 10pmCT on Wednesday, Mr. Vasquez was located in Green County and is now safe. Special Thanks to the Young and Coffey Family of Adair County, local volunteers who knew the male and were able to locate him with their efforts."
