Golf: LWC Women finish 3rd at MSC Spring Tournament Crossville, TN - The Lindsey Wilson women's golf team finished third at the Mid-South Conference Women's Spring Tournament on Tuesday at Bear Trace at Cumberland Mountain. The Blue Raiders carded an 83-over par 959 (315-321-323) in the three-round tournament. Cumberlands (KY) won the team title with a 928 while Cumberland (TN) finished runner-up with a 954. Lindsey Wilson recorded the most birdies in the tournament with 31. Megan Mann posted the best Lindsey Wilson finish with a 12-over par 231 (76-75-80) to finish fifth. Mann recorded nine birdies which was tied for the most over the three rounds. Zofia Wojcik finished tied for 11th with a 241 (87-74-80). Hannah Sumner tied for 21st carding a 249 (82-86-81). Sumner also recorded nine birdies in the tournament. Lauren Holeman tied for 24th with a score of 252 (84-86-82) while Paige Gray who was competing as an individual tied for 35th with a 265 (90-88-87). The Blue Raiders also finished third in the MSC Fall Tournament and finished third in the regular season standings with a record of 16-4 in the two tournaments.
