ACSO: Adair man arrested after foot pursuit From Sheriff Josh Brockman Adair County Sheriff's Office On Friday, April 14, 2023, at 5:39pmCT, Adair County Sheriff's K-9 Deputy Chandler Staten and Deputy Josh Durbin were attempting to serve a warrant in the Feathersburg community, 21 miles east of Columbia. Upon pulling into the driveway of the residence where the man to be served resided, he took off running as deputies exited their cars. A lengthy foot pursuit ensued through the woods, ending in the man being caught and arrested. He was also found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine upon his arrest. Brian Fowler, age 31, of Columbia, was arrested by K-9 Deputy Chandler Staten and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail on charges of:
