A way to recognize Home Health Nurses Thanks to Jeff Neagle with the Lake Cumberland District Health Department for finding an answer to a recent reader question about showing recognition for home health nurses. One appropriate venue could be The Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky's Healthy Kentucky Champions Award Program, which recognizes Kentuckians who are working to improve the health of their community and/or the commonwealth. The nomination form is here: healthy-ky.org/healthy-ky-champion-awards. There doesn't seem to be a specific home health nurse award yet.
