Design an ACAC logo and you may win a prize of $150

The Adair County Arts Council is holding a Logo Contest to help define the group as inclusive of all areas of the arts and all creative persons in our region.

The contest is open to all individuals who share a love for the Arts! The winner will receive a $150 prize for the chosen design based on the Mission Statement, “Embracing the Arts in and Around Adair County.

There will be an entry fee of $5 for each design submitted (1 design per envelope).



Requirements for entry include:

- Designs must be submitted by May 10, 2023, 5pmCT Size 8.5” x 11” paper (not folded) Submitted Artwork must be Camera ready in either Black and White Design or Color Design/ accompanied by black and white copy

- Reproduction readability is important to take into consideration when creating your design. The chosen Design becomes the property of ACAC and used in a variety of sizes – possibly from poster size to business card size.

- No artist's names are permitted on the front side of the artwork (to avoid judges seeing person's names).

On a separate piece of paper the following information is required:
Name, Address, Phone, Email address, Medium the artwork was created in. If the artist is younger than 18 yrs, a parent/guardian signature is needed on this information.

- Use a large envelope so your work is not folded or damaged in anyway, address the envelope to LOGO CONTEST, c/o Phil Hanna.

- Deliver your artwork by 5pmCT on May 10, 2023 to the Adair County Genealogy Center beside the Library, 307 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY.

Hours at the Genealogy Center are Monday - Friday from 9-5, Sat 8-noonCT, 307 Greensburg St Columbia, Kentucky
