Judy Kaye Allen, 68, Casey County, KY Judy Kaye Allen, of Liberty, passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2023. She was 68. She was a retired longtime elementary school teacher and a member of Liberty United Methodist Church. She enjoyed sewing, a good cup of coffee, and spending time with her family. Born on October 31, 1954, in Casey County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Lowell and Marjorie Beatrice Carmicle Richards. She is survived by her husband of forty-five years, Evan Allen of Liberty; two sons, Frank (Stephanie) Allen of Clayton, Ohio and Matt Allen of Liberty; three grandchildren, Madeline Allen, John Allen, and Evan Allen; and a sister, Nancy Bartle. The family will receive friends from 12-2pmET on Friday, March 10, 2023, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery This story was posted on 2023-03-10 09:48:42
