Southern Nest celebrates open house, at last From Columbia Adair Chamber of Commerce Tuesday, February 28, 2023, Southern Nest Realty celebrates its third birthday. When they opened in 2020, COVID-19 kept them from having an Open House, and again in 2021, and 2022. Owner Tammy Stotts says, "Nothing is stopping us this year! To celebrate three successful years, and the purchase of our main office location in Columbia, we are having a Birthday Party!"
