The Columbia Adair County Economic Development Authority (EDA) regular monthly Board of Directors meeting will be held Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 8amCT in the conference room of the Training and Development Center at 201 Burkesville Street, Columbia. The meeting agenda follows:

  • Welcome, Call to Order, Determination of a Quorum, Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance
Business:
  • Approval of Minutes for January 17, 2023 meeting as presented - Doyle Lloyd, Secretary
  • Approval of Treasurer's financial report - Roger Meadows
New Business:
  1. Update on new business prospect

  2. Update on KPDI. Hope to make presentation to KY Cabinet in the next few weeks.

  3. Update on Park tour

  4. Update on potential prospect

  5. Governor has announced "Close the Deal" funding to help locate industry. There may be some opportunity for us.

  6. Update on Industrial Park sign.

  7. Update on research regarding the Squires Cemetery.

  8. Discussion about Board appointments.

  9. Other Business

  10. Motion to adjourn
