Schools strategic leadership team meets Meeting three of the Adair County Schools Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) was held last week at the Extension Office for discussions with students represented from grades 5-12 who spoke about their experiences. This is meeting three of six or seven meant to complete all the research, set goals and make plans for improvement. The workshops are led by Dr. James Neihof, Co-Director of Deeper Learning at the Green River Regional Educational Cooperative to gather strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats affecting the future of local public schools. Light refreshments and childcare for children under 10 are provided at the meetings. The Team will gather input from hundreds of individuals over the next few months, and conclude its work with a recommendation to the School Board in the spring.
