Caregivers meet Wednesday in Columbia From Betty Judd, RN The February Caregivers meeting in Columbia will feature speaker Christy Morris with helpful tips on how to deal with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). The group meets at 11amCT on the second Wednesday, next is February 8, 2023, at the Adair County Extension Office, 409 Fairground Street, Columbia. A light lunch is provided. She will also speak about grief, and how to deal with it. Christy says families who are losing someone in serious illness experiences anticipatory grief; then the grief experienced at the loss of the family member; followed by the survivors guilt and regret after the loss of a family member.
