Eric Steven Lambert, 52, Edmonton, KY (1970-2023) Eric Steven Lambert of Edmonton passed away on January 16, 2023 at TJ Samson Hospital. He was 52 years old. Funeral services will be held at 2pmCT on Friday January 20, 2023, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East St., Edmonton, KY. Burial will follow in the Mosby-Bragg Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4pmCT until 8pmCT on Thursday, and will continue after 9amCT on Friday until time of service. He was born in Kankakee, IL on June 16, 1970. He is preceded in death by is maternal grandparents Myrel and Marie Friant and mother & father in law Clifton and Edna Copas. Eric was a self employed logger for many years. He loved his family and adored his wife Serena of 32 years. Eric was also known for always helping people, having a huge smile and contagious laughter. He is survived by his wife Serena Lambert. Three sons Steven Cole Lambert, Chad Mathew ( Miranda) Lambert, Hunter Lee (Miranda) Lambert all of Edmonton. Grandchildren Jayden Wyatt Lambert and Henzley Erin Lambert. Mother Dana Caffee and stepfather Lonnie of Edmonton, his father Gary Lambert and stepmother Nancy of MO. Two sisters Tina (Eugene) Skaggs of Brownsville, Amanda (Greg) McGinnis of Cave City. One brother Daniel Wayne (Misty) Syra of Glasgow. Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Butler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
