Tim Smith, professor of art at Lindsey Wilson College, talks to Anne Bird during the Karen L. Roland Artist Reception on campus at the Lucretia C. Begley Gallery. Smith is handing over the reins of the presidency of the Adair County arts Council. Smith, an accomplished national artist, has been involved with the art council for almost 30 years.
