Free smoking cessation program starts in January

Are YOU ready to STOP smoking, using spit tobacco or vapes/e-cigs in 2023?

The Lake Cumberland District Health Department will be offering a free education/cessation program to help individuals stop smoking, using tobacco products or vaping in 2023.

The eight-week "Freedom From Smoking Cessation Program" encourages using nicotine replacement products (patches, gum, lozenges) and offers group support. The first meeting will be at 5pmCT on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, either virtually on your phone/computer or in person at the Russell County Health Department, 211 Fruit of the Loom Dr., Jamestown, KY.
