Neighbors to be sworn in Dec 15 in Edmonton Amy Neighbors will be sworn in as the new State Representative for Kentucky District 21 at 6pmCT tonight, Thursday, December 15, 2022, at the Metcalfe County Courthouse, 201 E. Stockton St., Edmonton, KY. Judge David Williams will perform the ceremony. Neighbors was unopposed in the November election, after winning a crowded Republican Primary in May.
