Hazel Harrison, 1, Winchester, KY (2021-2022)

Hazel Vanessa Harrison of Winchester passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at U.K. Children's Hospital in Lexington. She was 14 months old.

The funeral service will be held at 1pmCT on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Mark Carney officiating. Burial will follow in Robinson Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation is requested after 10amCT on Tuesday.


Hazel Vanessa Harrison was born September 12, 2021, the daughter of Bruce Harrison and Monica Goodwin of Winchester, Kentucky.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by:
  • Three brothers - Dustin Harrison of Lexington, Luke Harrison and Wyatt Harrison both of Winchester
  • One sister - Amber Harrison Birdwell (Jeremy) of Columbia
  • Grandparents - Peggy Harrison of Knifley, Erna Goodwin Herbert of Staunton, Virginia, Danny Goodwin of Nicholasville, Kentucky
  • Great-Grandparent - Joanne Goodwin of Lexington
  • Several other relatives
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Clyde Harrison.

Casket Bearers: Dustin Harrison, Jeremy Birdwell, Dale Burton, Wendell Rainwater.

Honorary: Keegan Birdwell and Wyatt Harrison.
