Stanley Darrell Underwood, 66, Campbellsville, KY (1956-2022) Stanley Darrell Underwood of Campbellsville departed this life on Saturday, November 26, 2022 in Louisville at the Kindred Hospital. He was 66 years old. The funeral service for Stanley Darrell Underwood will be held at 1pmET on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd., Campbellsville, KY, with Rev. Freddy Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in the Otter Creek Cemetery. The family requests visitation after 11amET on Wednesday until time for the service. Stanley Darrell Underwood, the son of the late Claude T. and Katie Erma (Brewer) Underwood, was born October 5, 1956 in Larue County, KY. He was a former employee of the City of Campbellsville and was of the Baptist Faith. Darrell, as he was mostly called, enjoyed collecting guns, especially pistols and pocket knives. Survivors include his daughter: Tracey Underwood Phillips and husband Tyler of Campbellsville; two sisters: Carolyn Underwood of Campbellsville and Velda Skaggs and husband Roger of Hodgenville; a brother: Randall Underwood and wife Sue of Campbellsville; a grandchild: Chazilyn Milby and a host of other relatives and friends.
