Charles Thomas Rhynearson, 82, Campbellsville, KY (1940-2022)

Charles Thomas Rhynearson of Campbellsville died at 7:14 A.M., Friday, November 4, 2022. He was 82 years old.

The funeral service will be held at NoonET on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Ave., Campbellsville, KY, officiated by Dr. Bob Langlois. Burial will follow in Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is requested fron 5pmET until 8pmET on Monday.


Charles Thomas Rhynearson, son of the late Bearl Thomas Rhynearson and Martha Ellen Wise Rhynearson, was born February 16, 1940 in Taylor County, Kentucky.

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. Charles loved his church and church family.

Charles was a retired salesman and had previously worked as a garbage hauler and for Mann's Satellite.

He united in marriage to Patricia Richardson November 30, 1969 and she preceded him in death August 27, 2012.

He was a hard working man and was an inspiration to everyone. He met any challenge in spite of his disability. His family said he had a servant's heart and was very loving and kind.

He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Allen White; two grandchildren: Emily White and Shawn Brewer of Campbellsville; two great-grandchildren: Kayla Brewer and Leah Cook; one sister, Mary Eva Rhynearson of Louisville; one great-great-grandson, Jackson; three nephews and one niece: Keith Webb of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Douglas Matheny of Taylorsville, Jeff Matheny of Louisville and Katie Horn-Cash of Cox's Creek and many other relatives and friends.

Charles was also preceded in death by a grandson, Aaron Joseph Brewer; and one brother and one sister: Jimmy Ray Rhynearson and Helen Rhynearson Horn.

Expressions of sympathy requested to be donations to Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery Fund or Hosparus of Green River and may be made at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.
