Debra Kay (Debbie) Hadley, 60, Russell Springs, KY (1962-2022) Debra Kay "Debbie" Hadley of Russell Springs passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset. She was 60 years old. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:30pmCT on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at Bernard Funeral Home, 367 N. Main St., Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Bobby Conner officiating. Burial will follow in Square Oak Cemetery. Visitation will be held after NoonCT on Wednesday, until time for services. Debbie was born in Russell County on January 14, 1962, daughter of the late Denver and Pearlie Mae Crockett McQueary. She worked for several years with Fruit of the Loom, of Jamestown and then at Kay's Grocery, for many years. Debbie was a faithful member of Square Oak Separate Baptist Church. She loved reading her Bible and listening to gospel music. Debbie enjoyed crocheting. She is survived by her husband of twenty-nine years, Roger Dean Hadley; her daughters, Danielle Hadley, of Russell Springs, Melinda Burton, of Campbellsville and Lesa (and Randy) Maynard, of Russell Springs; her sisters, Cassie (and Milze) McGowan, Maxine (and Ralph) Hadley, and Jean (and Dallas) Johnson, all of Russell Springs; and her grandchildren, Abby Burton, Cody Burton, Jace Hagan and Emily Maynard. Debbie is preceded in death by her parents. Pallbearers will be Chris McGowan, Ralph Hadley, Milze McGowan, Dallas Johnson, Darry Flatt and Kevin Bell. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gideons International for Bible placement or to the American Cancer Society at https://donate3.cancer.org/ Bernard Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
