The Columbia-Adair County Economic Development Authority will hold a Board of Directors Meeting at 8amCT on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, in the Chamber of Commerce Building at 201 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY.

Meeting Agenda:

  • Presiding - Bobby Morrison, Chairman
  • Welcome, Call To Order, Determination of a Quorum, Pledge of Allegiance & Prayer

  • Business:
    • Approval of Minutes as presented - Doyle Lloyd, Secretary
    • Approval of Treasurer's financial report - Roger Meadows, Treasurer

  • New Business:

  • 1. Update on mowing plan for EDA park, Kenzie & Chester

  • 2. Update on Biggs payment, Mark

  • 3. Update on 100 pipeline repair, replaced 20' pipe, graded, & seeded. Guy was confused on layout of lines.

  • 4. Some clearing done on EDA/Sandusky fence line.

  • 5. Texted Pam on replacement for Ann.

  • 6. Other Business

  • 7. Motion to adjourn
