Donald Ray Lewallen, 74, Casey County, KY

Donald Ray Lewallen, age 74, of Liberty, KY passed away on Friday September 30th, 2022, at his residence. He was born November 14th, 1947, in Liberty, KY, a son of the late James Paul and Ruth Mae Wilson Lewallen.

Donald was a welder.



Survivors include: His Spouse: Nancy Marcella Cupp Lewallen, One Son: Chuck and (Teresa) Lewallen of Liberty, Two Grandchildren: Joshua Cody and (Emily) Lewallen and Austin Chase Lewallen, One Great Grandson: Wrigley Cole Lewallen and Four Siblings: Steve and (April) Lewallen of Hamilton, OH, Lisa and (Tony) Dews of Richmond, IN, Robert and (Ann) Lewallen of Hartsville, S.C., and Susan Luttrell of Hamilton, OH.

Preceding him in death besides his parents was One Daughter: Shelia Rae Lewallen and One Brother: William Paul Lewallen.

Visitation will be held 11amET Monday October 3rd, 2022, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 2pm Monday October 3rd, 2022. Bro. Joe Cooper officiating. Burial will be in the Brush Creek Cemetery.
