Jason Clay Cox, 48, Columbia, KY (1973-2022)

Jason Clay Cox of Columbia died on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at 8:27 P.M. at The Medical Center in Bowling Green. He was 48 years old.

The family will hold a private Graveside service on Monday.


Visitation will be on Sunday, September 4, 2022 after 1pmCT at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY.

He was born September 18, 1973 in Adair County, to the late William Dale "Bill" Cox and Carol Black Cox.

Jason was operator and partner in A & J BBQ on East 80 in Adair County

Survivors include:
  • His mother - Carol Black Cox of Columbia
  • His son - Aiden Clay Cox of Oldham County
  • His brother - John Cox of Columbia
  • His companion - Amy Burton of Columbia
  • A host of customers and friends
