ACSO: Drug arrest in Breeding after traffic stop From Sheriff Josh Brockman Adair County Sheriff's Office On Sunday, July 31, 2022, 5:06pmCT, Deputy Kenny Perkins initiated a traffic stop in the Breeding Community south of Columbia.. The operator of the vehicle was suspected of having illegal substances on or about his person. After searching, suspected methamphetamine was located along with drug paraphernalia.
