P&Z: Zoning change hearing for 707/709/711 Bomar Heights

Please be advised the City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing at 6pmCT on Thursday, July 28, 2022, in City Hall, 116 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY.

The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the following:
Request for zone change from R2 (Low- Moderate Density Residential) to C2 (Highway Oriented Commercial) for lots located at 707 Bomar Heights (PVA Map# 000-05-09-003.00), 709 Bomar Heights (PVA Map # 000-05-09-002.00) and 711 Bomar Heights (PVA Map# 000-05-09-001.00). The purpose is to resell the property as commercial. Property owned by Bobby Bowe.
The hearing is open to the public.
