CPD: Meth arrest on Tutt Street By Officer Adam Cravens, PIO Columbia Police Department On Wednesday night, July 13, 2022, officers responded to a complaint at a residence on Tutt Street. Upon arrival, female let officers inside and while on scene the search yielded findings of suspected methamphetamine as well as various forms of drug paraphernalia. Cindy Fox, 46, of Columbia was taken into custody and charged with possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine 1st as well as possession of drug paraphernalia.
