Donald Ray Sanders, 70, Casey County, KY (1952-2022)

Donald Ray Sanders, of Liberty, passed away on Monday, June 13, 2022. He was 70.

Born on May 2, 1952, in Lebanon, Kentucky, he was a son of Wanda Johnson Sanders and the late Herman Sanders. He was a former drywall contractor. Donald Ray enjoyed working on and riding Harley Davidsons. He also loved spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his mother, Wanda Sanders of Liberty; two sons, Eric Sanders of Knifley and Tyler Sanders of Campbellsville; a brother, Bobby Joe (Phyllis) Sanders of Campbellsville; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 1pmET on Friday, June 17, 2022, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Don Clark officiating. Burial will follow at Whited Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5-8 on Thursday, June 16, 2022, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, Liberty, KY.
