Retail center considering location in Columbia

By Tiffany Collins, City of Columbia

In an announcement today from the office of Columbia Mayor Pamela Hoots, a development company from Louisville is making preliminary steps for a retail center in Columbia.

Keystone Development LLC is in the initial phases of a retail center to be located in Columbia. The new center will be scheduled to start construction by late summer or early fall. They are currently taking inquiries for possible rental clients for the center.

The retail center is anticipated to have rental property available for up to six separate businesses. Contact the City of Columbia for more details.
