TJRH Marketing Dept wins national awards

The T.J. Regional Health Marketing Department recently won multiple awards in a national competition for healthcare marketing. The Aster Awards is one of the largest and most respected national and international competitions of its kind and has recognized outstanding healthcare professionals for excellence in their advertising & marketing efforts for over 20 years.

The 2022 Aster Awards received entries from across the entire United States as well as abroad. All entries were reviewed by a panel of industry experts and were scored on multiple criteria. Participants' entries compete against similar-sized organizations in their specific groups and categories. Judging criteria included creativity, layout and design, functionality, message effectiveness, production quality and overall appeal and execution.

T.J. Marketing received the following awards, with Gold awards placing in the top 5% in the nation and Bronze awards placing in the top 16% in the nation:


  • Award: Gold, Entry Name: T.J. Talk, Group: Healthcare System, Category: Newsletter/Internal - Series

  • Award: Gold, Entry Name: R+ Med Spa Billboard Series, Group: Medical Spa, Category: Billboard Design - Series

  • Award: Gold, Entry Name: Shanti Niketan Hospice Home Virtual Tour, Group: Specialty Care Facility, Category: Virtual Tours

  • Award: Bronze, Entry Name: Get the COVID Vaccine, Group: Healthcare System, Category: Crisis Management (Covid-19, etc) - Single

  • Award: Bronze, Entry Name: Incontinence Billboard, Group: Healthcare System, Category: Billboard Design - Single

"Many agencies and organizations continued to step up and offered incredible communications that were both informative and creative. We've all had Covid touch our lives and are looking forward to a much brighter future together. Our hats off to everyone for amazing entries," said Melinda Lucas, Aster Awards Program Coordinator.
