Fish Fry Fundraiser was a big hit on Friday

On Friday, May 13, 2022, Richard Phelps, Robert Flowers and John Wethington donned their aprons and cooked fried Mississippi catfish and BBQ Boston Butt to raise funds for the Adair County Food Pantry on Monroe Street in Columbia.

Other volunteers included Joe Flowers, Nan Fudge, Helen Murray, Debbie Brackett, Pam Brunell, Richard Phelps and Mary Beth Phelps.

By then end of the fundraiser, more than 250 people had been served lunch. The food pantry would like to thank everyone that participated in this year's event.
