Martha Jane Shreve, 73, Casey County, KY (1948-2022)

Martha Jane Shreve, of Liberty, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. She was 73.

Born on June 7, 1948, in Casey County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Richard Thomas and Maggie Evelyn Burchell Shreve. Martha was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church. She enjoyed artwork, puzzles, cooking, and quilting.

Martha is survived by two brothers, Mitchell Shreve of Campbellsville and Delmer Shreve of Liberty; and a sister, Betty Corinne Griffith of Franklin, Indiana.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three sisters, Lois Johnson, Doris Coffman, and Brenda LaRose Shreve.

The funeral service will be held at 11amET Saturday, May 14, 2022, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home in Liberty. Burial will be held at Peavey Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-8pm on Friday.

Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to Cornerstone Baptist Church at PO Box 1546, Liberty, KY 42539.
