Margy Lois Allen Pierce, 76, Taylor County, KY

Margy Lois Allen Pierce of Taylor County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Henry Jackson Allen and Willya Stearman Allen, was born on Monday, April 15, 1946 in Louisville, Kentucky and departed this life on Saturday, May 7, 2022. She was 76 years and 22 days of age.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ, was a member of the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church and was a homemaker.



Survived by her husband of 57 years, Kenneth R. Pierce of Taylor County having united in marriage on September 12, 1964.

Other survivors include a son and daughter-in-law: Jacky and Julane Pierce of Campbellsville; a daughter and son-in-law: Jill and Paul Callison of Greensburg; five grandchildren: Courtney Callison of Georgia, Emily Callison of Greensburg, Jalynn Pierce, Natalie Pierce, and Chloe Pierce all of Campbellsville; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The funeral services for Margy Lois Allen Pierce will be conducted at 1pmCT, Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery. Bro. Jonathan Willis officiating.

Visitation is requested after 10:30amCT Tuesday at the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church until time of the funeral service.

The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Gideon Bible Fund, which can be made at the church or the funeral home.
