City Street Infrastructure From Tiffany Collins The City of Columbia has received several questions concerning city streets and property following recent work by the Columbia-Adair County Utilities District for infrastructure. The concerns were addressed at the Columbia City Council meeting on Monday. The county water district is responsible for repair to these streets and roads. The city has referred all streets (to their knowledge) directly to them. If you have a question and/or concern, please call the local water district: 270-384-2181. You can also call the county judge's office and leave a message or call your magistrate. The streets submitted to the county water district are:
