Barbara Jean Eads, 69, Dunnville, KY (1952-2022) Barbara Jean (Lane) Eads of Dunnville passed away on Monday, May 2, 2022, at Ephraim McDowell Medical Center, in Danville. She was 69 years old. Funeral services are scheduled for 4pmET on Thursday, May 5, 2022, at Salem Cemetery, with Bro. Phillip Smallwood officiating. Visitation will be held from 2pmET until 3:30pmET on Thursday at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville St, Liberty, KY. Barbara was born July 21, 1952, in Casey County, daughter of the late Perry William and Pokey Pittman Lane. She was a retired Certified Nursing Assistant who worked many years for the Galilean Home and for Casey County Hospital. She attended the 49 Holiness Church. Barbara devoted her life to taking care of her family. She is survived by her son, Jerry Garrett; her daughters, Kathy Garrett, Crystal Garrett, Jessica Eads and Charonna Harmon; twelve grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Along with her parents, Barbara is preceded in death by her husband, Dennie Eads, who passed away on October 22, 2015; her children, Ronnie Garrett and Tammie Garrett; her brothers, Hubert Lane and Edwin Lane; and her sisters, Faye Garrett, Susie Harmon and Della Crew. Pallbearers will be Greg Garrett, Allan Grimes, Steve Pyles, Nicky Pyles, Brandon Halecki, Russell Mings and Brian Monday. Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to McKinney-Brown Funeral home to help offset funeral expenses. Arrangements for Barbara Jean Eads are entrusted to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.
