Audra Harmon Riggs, 85, Campbellsville, KY (1936-2022) Audra Harmon Riggs of Campbellsville passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022. She was 85 years old. The funeral service will be held at 1pmET on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Ave., Campbellsville, KY, officiated by Rev. Trent Creason. Burial will follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is requested from NoonET until time for the funeral on Saturday. Audra Harmon Riggs, daughter of the late Buford Harmon and Clemmie Wise Harmon, was born October 11, 1936 in Marion County, Kentucky. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Lowell Avenue Baptist Church. Audra was a retired employee of the Campbellsville School System, where she spent many years working in the cafeteria. After retirement, she looked forward to her lunches with her former coworkers and friends. She also loved spending time with her special friend, Brenda Bright. She united in marriage to Charles Richard "Ted" Newcome who preceded her in death in 1956 and she later united in marriage to Charles Riggs May 10, 1958 who also preceded her in death September 19, 2015. Audra is survived by one son and two daughters: Wayne Newcome and wife, Kathy of Campbellsville, Sheila Bloyd of Lexington and Kim Mali of Nashville; eight grandchildren whom she dearly loved: Matthew Newcome and husband, Curtis of Ohio, Aaron Newcome and wife, Mary of Campbellsville, John Newcome of Louisville, Sarah Pender and husband, Dillon of Glasgow, Randi Holmes and husband, John of Pennsylvania, Chris Jones and husband, Blake of Harrodsburg, Jack Mali and Sam Mali of Nashville; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Gene Harmon of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a brother, Lewis Harmon. Pallbearers: Jack Mali, Sam Mali, Aaron Newcome, John Newcome, Matthew Newcome, Dillon Pender.
