Carles Ray Lloyd, 77, Adair Co., KY native (1944-2022) Mr. Carles Ray Lloyd of Campbellsville passed from this life on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at the Grandview Nursing and Rehab Facility after an illness. He was 77 years old. There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Lloyd at 4pmET on Sunday, April 24, 2022, in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY. Burial will follow in the Poplar Grove Cemetery in Taylor County. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, April 24, from 2pmET until time for the service. He was born in Adair County on May 26, 1944 to the late Elford and Bonnie (Bunch) Lloyd. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of East Campbellsville Church of God. Mr. Lloyd was a noted contract painter, and enjoyed fishing and woodworking. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Brenda Lloyd, in 2016, and a sister, Freda Sroczynski. He leaves to cherish his memory:
