CPD: Officers called to jail to investigate contraband By Officer Adam Cravens, PIO Columbia Police Department Early on Thursday morning, April 14, 2022, the Columbia Police Department was called to the Adair Regional Jail after Deputy Jailers discovered suspected narcotics within a cell. Upon arrival, officers observed suspected methamphetamine located within a drink top cap. The also discovered a syringe, which is believed to have been taken from the nurses station that is on hand for inmates insulin injections. Bradley Graham, 36, of Columbia, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine as well as promoting contraband. Officer Justin Cross was the investigating Officer.
