Judge Cowan: Annex Flag is on the way From Gale B. Cowan Adair County Judge Executive The American Flag for the Annex has been ordered for a while but has been on back order. My staff actually called on Monday and it was shipped over the weekend. We get our flags from a company that specializes in flags so they will hold up longer. We take great pride and respect in the American Flag, and it will be replaced as soon as the replacement comes in.
