Power outage update, Annex emergency shelter open 3/11/2022 -- As we get ready for bed, sleet is coming down hard and the temperature is edging below the freezing mark. 9:20PM Work continues - power to the majority of the county has been restored. 7:20PM EM1 Mike Keltner is Speaking directly with Taylor Co RECC on scene - Estimated time of repair TO BE DETERMINED - Will try an update at 8:30pm. 7:15PM The Adair County Courthouse Annex is opened as a warming center for persons without power or heat. No further provisions provided. 6:26PM Power outage in Adair County KU and Taylor RECC. New updates will be posted as received through the night.
