The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the following: Request for zone change from I-2 (General Industry) to P (Public and Semi Public) for property located at 256 Industrial Park Road (PVA Map No. 052-00-00-029.01). The purpose to use this property as a fairground and a place for community events. The property is owned by the Adair County Fair Association.The hearing is open to the public.
