P&Z to hear request for zone change in Industrial Park

Please be advised the City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing at 6pmCT on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at City Hall, 116 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY.

The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the following:
Request for zone change from I-2 (General Industry) to P (Public and Semi Public) for property located at 256 Industrial Park Road (PVA Map No. 052-00-00-029.01). The purpose to use this property as a fairground and a place for community events. The property is owned by the Adair County Fair Association.
The hearing is open to the public.
